Please, update the plugin:

• Open AEJuice Pack Manager plugin → click Account → Check for update → update
• Or close After Effects (Pr Pro or FCPX) → download the installer below → unzip and run

Also, turn off the firewall for the Ae (Pr Pro or FCPX)
