Status: RESOLVED as of August 2, 2026. AI features are back to normal.
On August 1, 2026 our AI services started running in a degraded state. This has now been fixed.
If it failed for you during the outage, just run it again. Nothing on your side needs changing. If you are on an older build, update to the latest version first and then retry:

What you saw while it was happening
- Auto Captions and Auto Subtitles taking many minutes instead of the usual short wait
- Voiceover AI generation slow, stalling part way, or returning nothing
- AI Chat, AI Edit and AI Translate timing out or coming back empty
- Network errors on generation, or the plugin feeling “slow and laggy” while an AI step was running
This affected the AI features only. Importing packs, transitions, titles and presets worked normally throughout.
AI credits
If a run consumed AI credits and produced nothing during the outage, contact us at support@aejuice.com with your account email and we will restore them.
