I have a slow downloading of packs/internet connection error

1. Make sure that you have the latest version of the Pack Manager installed

  Press Account - Check for Updates in Pack Manager.

2. Try to change your Wi-Fi network. Hotels, airports, or other public places can block access to a range of websites.

3. Try to check your firewall for restrictions relating to After Effects and AEJuice Pack Manager 4

4. Some countries such as Iran, Russia, etc. block access to global Internet resources therefore this error occurs with some users. The way out is to use a VPN. Also just in case, that VPN should be a desktop, not a browser extension
