After importing one of the effects from the Glitch Constructor pack, you will see a placeholder. The plugin created a subsequence.

Open the folder called AEJuice. Inside it you will find a sequence with the appropriate name.

All you need to do is drag and drop this into the placeholder in Essential Graphics - Edit tabs.
