Just purchased “I Want It All” and want to get going but I’m getting constant network issues in both Premier and After Effects. There is nothing wrong with my Internet connection. Have tried alternate server and have tried explicitly allowing the Pack Manager executables through the Windows firewall.
I seem to be able to download the pack for browsing but when I double click something inside it tends to hang (but not always). I logged a ticket for this regarding the Youtube Bloggers pack but it is now happening across multiple products. Are there any IP addresses/URL’s that need to be explicitly allowed or any other troubleshooting steps I can take before I consider refunding?
