By default, the color of the Gradient effect is unlocked. Gradient changes when the layer with the preset is moved on the background.
To lock the Gradient color, click on the Collapse Transformation icon,
It is located on the right of the ‘Source Name’ in the timeline (It’s the switch that looks like a compass)
