AEJuice Pack Manager has an option to quickly edit animations.
After importing the animation, select a layer and press the “Edit” button.
At the bottom of the list, you will find a control that allows you to adjust the animation’s duration.
Set any duration of your choice and press “OK”
In case you’d like to restore default settings, you can do so by pressing the Default button.
Tip: You can enable to show the edit panel automatically after import in Account - Settings.
