How to apply Seamless Transitions in Premiere Pro using After Effects

  1. Select two track items on your timeline.
  2. Right-click and choose “Replace with After Effects Composition”. This will redirect you to After Effects.
  3. Choose any location to save the file and hit “Save”
  4. Open Pack Manager Plugin in After Effects.
  5. Click “Import” on any transition you would like to apply. It will automatically get to the junction of the two videos and save the project.
  6. Next, go back to Premiere Pro.
