One of our users encountered a technical issue with the Seamless Transition effects in the Pack Manager 4 for Premiere Pro.
When applied Seamless Transition effects to their video project, user noticed that outdated content kept reappearing. After making changes to their composition—such as removing elements—the transitions still displayed the old, unchanged version.
Despite their efforts to delete and reapply the effect, the outdated content persisted. This issue continued even after multiple computer restarts and extended periods of leaving the project untouched. It seemed that the plugin was not updating its cache and kept showing the old information.
We have implemented updates to address these issues, including fixes for proper caching and refreshing of the effects.
